Different Resource interval views

Hi,
Can each resource/persons have different time intervals in view.

Person1 have the default of 30min intervals?
Person2 have 5min intervals?

Can the intervals view be changed from the default 30min to 5min
I see this topic similar to;
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=19404

By view what I mean is how the calendar changes from white/grey/white/grey.
