DIfficulty while drawing diagrams

Hi,
When I try to use diagram component, it seemed cluttered after drawing a few diagrams. Link to the diagrams cannot be drawn easily and even if we manages to draw the link, it breaks when after adding another link.
Please look into the issue.

Could you please, provide an actual snippet, as the linked one - is a default initialization snippet.
