disable Sorting on column divider

hi,
i have issue, which is i have attach header for a total row on the top, i have disabled the column sorting on click of the cell in total columns, but when i click on column divider, it is used to get sort the column, i need to disable the same.

in IE its working fine, but in firefox it doesn’t support.

please advise how to do.

Can you please provide example of grid initialization? Does it sort column where sorting is disabled or nearby column?
