Display only leaf nodes

Hello Team,

We are having structure like below-
Group-
---->Group 1-
------->User 1-
------->User 2-

In front of group we need icon cliking which directlly display the leaf nodes under it, so here in this case when we click the icon in Group node we want to show only the leaf nodes(User 1 and User 2 not Group 1).

Is there any way to do so? please suggest.

Unfortunately such feature is not available.
