Display window over attached URL

I am using DHTML Layout and I have attached a URL to one of the cells.
I’d like to display a DHTMLX Form inside a DHXTML Window over the attached URL, however, when the window is displayed it is below the attached URL iFrame.

Is there a way to display the window/form over the top of the iFrame?

The only other way I can think to achieve this is to attach a window to the layout cell and then attach a URL inside the window. I’d also have to hide the header and scroll bars - this works, it just looks untidy.
