Display XML value on cell

The value in Database on below:
<req_t><?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>\n

When I use the GridConnector to fill the value on the grid. This value cannot display properly (data loss, just like below).
<req_t><?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>\n

How can I fix it?

Pleas,e try to use the edtxt column type instead of ed.
