Like Microsoft project, does each task in GANTT have a fixed duration, fixed hours, and fixed resources?

Tasks always have fixed duration as assigning the resources doesn’t affect the duration. But it works that way because tasks and resources are separated. You need to implement a custom solution to change the task duration depending on the resources.
So, Gantt doesn’t have the features you listed, although it may work in a similar way.
