Does Layout have a vertical slider?

Please can you tell me whether a layout cell has a vertical slider? I get a horizontal slider automatically but not a vertical one when my content goes below the bottom of the cell. If there is one how do I get it to appear automatically?

I’m sorry for this silly question. I now know that you have to put ‘overflow:auto’ in parent div’s style.
