dynamic timeline wher events could be created

I need a Calendar where People could Create 30 min Events.
The Problem I have to deal with, is that the Events should only be created at specific Timelines.
For Example at Monday I Allow that the people could create an Event between 11 - 15 and at Tuesday between 9 - 13.
How could I Realize that?

Ty, but that won’t really help.

Maybe it’s Possible to create Events in Events? Like i Creating an MainEvent for 5h and a user could create 30 min subevents in that mainEvent
