Email notifications of new events posted?

Hi,

Looking to setup a scheduler.net website and have multiple users. Is there email notifications (and possibly sms notifications) capability in scheduler.net?

I’d like to be able to have users receive an email (or sms) that a new event has been posted, then build on this and have the ability for users to subscribe to a specific user so they only get notifications when that user they subscribe to posts a new event.

My webserver has an email service running on it so I have SMTP capabilities on the box.

Hello,
the component has no API for notifications, but they can be easily added using default .NET framework classes.
E.g. send email when you save an appointment

For sms notifications you’ll need to connect to some sms gateway service that works for your location.
