Individual files need to be included for enableExcelKeyMap to work wiht version 4.x.
I can find no where in the documentation what file needs to be included. Right now I’m only including dhtmlx.js and I get the error that it is not a function.
Exactly what file do I need to include for this functionality?

Since the 4.x version there is no need to include additional files for any of the extension.
Most probably the error occurs for you as the excel/access keymap is available in PRO version only.
I am using 4.0.3 Professional. This is not the free version… we paid a license for it. Are you saying there is a difference between professional and PRO??

If you have a professional version excel keymap should work well for you.
Please, make sure that you are attaching only a single js file from the cocdebase directory on your page (dhtmlx.js for suite, dhtmlxgrid.js for the dhtmlx grid package).
