enableHeaderMenu doesn't work with using dhtmlxgrid in split

Hi,

I am trying to use header menu with my grid. Grid doesn’t show the header menu on full grid, it only shows on partial grid that’s scrollable. That’s too with 0 elements in the menu.

How do I make it work with grid in split mode?

Unfortunately the header menu is incompatible with the split functionality.
