Error on tablet

If we take this sample http://docs.dhtmlx.com/gantt/samples/01_initialization/01_basic_init.html
when holding down the pointer on a task, we will get a error - but this error only happens on tablets.

The error we get is this:
dhtmlxgantt.js:105 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mode’ of undefined
dhtmlxgantt.js:105 gantt._tasks_dnd.on_mouse_up
dhtmlxgantt.js:281 (anonymous function)
