Error on webpage on IE

I am using IE 8 when accessing the scheduler. I enabled “read-only” form

When I double click on an event, a window should prompt and display more descriptions about the event. However, when I double click on an event on IE, the window does not prompt, and it returns an error message on the lower left of the browser saying:

"Webpage error details

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

Similar scenario works correctly locally.
Can you provide some kind of sample or demo link where issue can be reconstructed ?
