Error on XML bestiary page of docs

dhtmlx.com/docs/products/doc … index.html
is not working. The bar at the top which allows you to select menu, form, tabbar, etc. does not appear.

In firebug, the console provides the following information:
ReferenceError: convertStringToBoolean is not defined
dhtmlxtabbar.js line 129

Can you please fix?

The error occurs in the chm I just downloaded as well.

Error: The value of the property ‘convertStringToBoolean’ is null or undefined, not a Function object
