Event onContentLoaded not triggered in IE 11

If url attached via NOT ajax, event “onContentLoaded” not triggered in IE 11 (but works fine in IE 10).

if you’re using compiled dhtmlx.js please send us completed demo to support@dhtmlx.com I will add changed directly into your version of library (probably it already have some fixes?), completed means ready to reproduce issue unpack->open->reproduce
