Hello. We purchased pro. And installed by copying the codebase and sample folders in our project. We have 2 environments (dev and pro). Yet the evaluation period message is still showing. Even browser cache was cleared. Kindly advise.

It means that the Trial version is still connected as other versions don’t have the code to show that message. You can get the version type if you type gantt.license in the Dev Tools on the Console tab:
