Excel Export - 500 error depending on scales

Using DHTMLX’s very own snippet, I am having an issue exporting to Excel when changing the scales.

500 errors on any scale that isn’t “day” as a unit. Comment out the lines to cause the 500 error in JS.

Hello Dave,
We are aware of that issue. The dev team will fix it in the future, but I cannot give you any ETA.

As a workaround, you can try exporting with the default scale settings, then revert the changes:

Hello Dave,
The Dev Team fixed the bug with the Excel export. Now, you can have different scale settings and export the data with the visual: true parameter.
