If I Export to MPP and I Open the file export XML, is the ID not the same as the Object from the service?
How to create an Id that must be the same as the service for export MPP?

The export module relies on the UID parameter. It doesn’t rely on the ID parameter. If you replace the UID parameter with the ID parameter, you will lose the tree structure and links.
You can only import the ID parameter as a custom property
There is no way to change how it works unless you modify the source code of the export module.
