Export not working - Service not available

Hi,

the export to png or pdf is not working any more.
We use still Version 3.0.0.
But also in your snippet with 4.2.0 it is not working.

Seems there is no file behind the used url, it says “Not found”:

Can you please fix this?

we are experiencing the very same issues.
Yesterday we’ve got 5xx errors and today the download links are empty.

Please fix.

We have a similar issue as well. When we use the functionnality it tells us the servers are full.

The service should work properly.
If the problem still occurs for you please, provide a cide snippet where the problem can be reconstructed locally

It is working again.
So it seems it was a temporary problem on your side because others had the same problem.
