Filter values in smart rendering

Hello,
I am implementing DhtmlGrid using PHP/MySql(using the pro version). I am facing problem of loading select filter(#select_filter) values when smart rendering is enabled and step size is less then total record count.

Please confirm is this a issue with DhtmlGrid or something else.

Please suggest.

In case of using dynamic loading you need to implement the server-side filtration
