Hello,
If we compare Gantt with MS Project, right now, Gantt works in the Fixed Duration mode. As Gantt doesn’t calculate the resource load, it doesn’t have the functionality to calculate duration in the Fixed Unit or Fixed Work modes.
In the future, the dev team will add that feature, but I cannot give you any ETA.
