In a layout with fixed size, there is still a small gap (2-3 pixels) for the dynamic border/draggable item in case the layout IS resizeble.
Is there a simple way to collapse this padding/gap/border?

Event if you fix cell “a”, there is still a border between it and the cells below it (b, c, d).
