If the date is set to 2024-02-29, the date in the form is parsed to be 2024-02-01 since suite8.

We have experienced the same thing.
Edit to add: I reverted one of my applications back to 7.3.14, and the issue is present there as well. So this isn’t just a version 8 issue.
