Form helpmessage doesn't popup

Hello,
I’m tryin to add some guidelines to use the form to help my users.
For that purpose I want to define some pre/error/successMessage, placeholder and helpMessage.
For some reason the helpMessage doesn’t popup (all other properties are working fine).

I’m also using tippy tooltips for others non Dhtmlx objects.

Any idea ?

Unfortunately the porblem cannot be reconstructed locally.
Could you please, provide a complete demo or a demo link, wehre the mentioned problem can be reproduced.
