I want to use your dhtmlxScheduler commodity,
Found in Open Source - GPL version.
I can download to use and develop into a DotNetNuke module? Can I sell them?

You can use dhtmlxScheduler for free under GNU GPL v.2: gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html

It means that your DotNetNuke module should be also licensed under GNU GPL v2. Otherwise, no, you can not use dhtmlxScheduler to create a DotNetNuke module. The paid licenses do not allow you to distribute dhtmlxScheduler as a standalone product or product that is a competitor to dhtmlxScheduler.
