Full day event edit functionality not working on iPad tap

Hi Everyone,

I have licensed version of DHTMLX Scheduler and its already working on many devices, but we are facing a problem when we are using it in iPad.

  • For full day event
    we are successfully saving it
    But when we are trying to edit it by tapping on it, it is not opening the lightbox for edit. it is not showing any action on it.

Please help me its an urgent issue that i am working on.

The desktop edition of scheduler uses the same events for all devices. If you are using double-click on desktop - you need to use double-tap on ipad. You can use scheduler’s events and switch behavior to edit-on-single-click, in such case, on iPad, editor will be activated with single click as well.
