Can you please provide some more details. I’m not sure that understood the described use-case.
Is it possible to show only 2-3 weeks in the month style of table view?
In such a case, the dhx_cal_prev_button and dhx_cal_next_button could scroll the calendar up or down one week at a time.

Nope, table view is not customizable, it can show only full month.
