How touch-friendly (device friendly) is the Gantt chart? Is there support for dragging and dropping both horizontally and vertically?
I couldn’t find any pages explaining these features.

There is some touch support, but Gantt wasn’t created for mobile devices.
You can drag tasks horizontally and vertically, but you might encounter issues while doing that.
In most cases, you need to implement a custom solution for each feature that doesn’t work on mobile devices.
For example, you cannot create links, change the progress, select multiple tasks and inline editing doesn’t always work correctly.
