It would seem a huge market share opportunity to work with Google Maps API and ESRI, as ExtJs does, to provide geospatial support.
This is an amazing idea, I think there would be a big marked for this to. We would start using this right away while availeble. Our organization has several GIS guys working on several different projects. Lets hope DHX react to this

Oncoming update will extend all cell based component ( layout, window, accordion, tabbar ) so they will be able to render map inside self with single line of code.
If we could integrate DHTMLX in the fashion of these API’s, we could achieve a seamless integration with our existing DHTMLX-based architecture:
