How do I obtain that?

This is default functionality of the forum’s software. It doesn’t mean a real certification.
Hi @Remi_Kristelijn, have you ever played Pokemon? In some parts of the game you have to talk to other people to get information. This is something similar. Winning this badge is just something of the forum but it is a curious thing, it also helps you get some skills within this platform.
When you created your user you should have received a message from a robot called @discobot, if you have not done so, send this user a private message.
Within the first message you receive from him there is a clue, he says:
If you’d like to learn more, select below and bookmark this personal message. If you do, there may be a: gift: in your future!
You just have to add a bookmark to this message and you will receive a sequence of instructions. These are in themselves the tutorial, complete it to win this badge.
