Is the current PHP connector working on GAE Cloud SQL?

I am looking into the possibility of implementing DHTML on the google app engine, but since it requires the use of Cloud SQL which misses some features like inner joins, I wonder if this is still possible?

If not direct possible, will it be in a future release, or is it possible to have it developed by the DHTMLX team on a commercial basis?

Of course I meant the GAE Datastore instead of the Cloud SQL, since this is a NoSQL key-value > storage implementation, instead of a relational (MySQL like) database.

Unfortunately there is no specific “Cloud SQL” support.
By default connector dosn’t use any advanced mysql syntax, so the default version must work fine enough.
