Dhtmlx Form with text area with a required option enabled doesn’t validate when the browser has installed Grammarly plugin.
Please fix it ASAP!!!
Unfortunately the problem cannot be reproduced locally. DhtmlxForm textarea with the required:true and validate: "NotEmpty" works well with the enabled Grammarly plugin.
If the issue still occurs for you please, provide a complete demo or share a demo link, where the problem can be reconstructed locally.

we have the same but only under some special circumstances. We have i.e. if the grammarly is set to englisch but user at a german text.
@jsdreamer the same here. If the text is bulgarian the form doesnt validate.

If the problem still occurs for you could you please, provide a config of your dhtmlxForm and the exact steps to reproduce the problem.
