Grid export to Excel doesn't export sub-grids

Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong? I’m using the Dhtmlx PHP server app - although I’m passing the request through our Django app to a private php server because we love Python :mrgreen: .

Everything else looks good and also tried PDF with same results.

Just to add we are using DhtmxlPro Suite 3.5.

Unfortunately the export of the subgrids is not supported.
