I am using splitAt function in my code, but the locked column headers are getting displayed twice in ie10 browser. I have tested it in ie9 and lesser versions aswell as chrome, it works fine. The problem persists only in ie10.

Unfortunately the issue cannot be reconstructed locally.
Please, try to update your dhtmlxgrid.
If issue still occurs, please, check the browser mode using on your page.
