Grid paging with toolbar

Grid v3.5.

The standard toolbar paging on the Grid is located at the bottom of the grid. Is there a way for me to display the toolbar paging on top of the Grid? Something like:

<| < Records from 1 to 10 > >| [Page 1] [10 rows per page]
Grid Col1 Grid Col2 Grid Col3 …
row1
row2
row3
…
