Grid showing value of option list in a column

Hi everybody, I’ve got a Grid bind to a form. Inside the form there’s an option list.
I’d like to show in the Specie’s column of the grid, the value of the option list box - “Specie 1”, instead of the Id - “1”. How can I do ?
