Has the filter function as Speadsheet in grid?

Does the grid support the filter as the speadsheet? If not, will appear in the future udpates?

No, there is no such filter in the dhx.Grid. We also are not planning to add it in the near future.
In dhx.Grid you can use predefined in-header filters:
