Hello Hajaj,
There is no built-in way to do that. You need to implement a custom solution by using the Gantt API and Javascript.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a ready example.

Hello Hajaj,
There is no built-in way to set a fixed size for the timeline cells. You can only set the minimal width the cell could have, but it can be larger.

Gantt resizes the timeline scales and cells depending on the container size and the displayed date range.

So, if the container size and the visible date range allow Gantt to render small cells, you will be able to set small values.
In the following example, you can click on the + and - buttons to change the width of the scale cells. Depending on that, the zoom level may change:
