Hidden attached header

This example is an extension of the example taken from this page: http://dhtmlx.com/docs/products/dhtmlxGrid/samples/11_header_footer/01_grid_complexheader.html, adding the split command ( mygrid.splitAt(4); ).
Why the author attached header is not shown? Is a bug?

I’ve got the problem in FF16 (last version) and Chrome 23(last version).
With the same configuration in IE8 the problem is not present, and “title” and “author” are shown.

The same fix will be included in the next version of dhtmlxGrid.
