I have finally solve the problem with firefox.

got my calendar on place now. Hope you can explain the difference or its purpose if you dont mind.

The latest codebase must work correctly with both doctypes.
There was a bug in older version of dhtmlxcalendar, related to xHTML doctype ( in case of xHTML doctype browser uses more strict rules ) - but it is already fixed.
If problem still occurs for you in case of xHTML doctype, even with latest code - please provide any kind of sample where issue can be reconstructed.
