Hide Columns in Customs Fields.

Hi,

I really like this scheduler but I am having problems when is comes to creating multiple events on the same day.

Is it possible to hide the columns in Customs fields when creating events? right now I am trying to create multiple events but events colors are being over written by the following ones.

Appreciate your help.

Do you mean standalone scheduler or Joomla|Wordpress plugin ?

Thanks for quick reply, Joomla 2.5 plugin.

I am trying to create multiple daily events and would like to be able to either select only the relevant event. I am experimenting with Vacation days and On-call time with multiple teams. I am assigning each person a unique color and option in drop down. So if Bob is on vacation then I would like to be able to pick his event and display him and the color associated with Bob, then on same day Sue is on-call and would like to see her color. Repeat for additional teams. A manager would then be able to select events by person, vacation, on-call, etc.

Without this option I will be unable to use this scheduler.

Unfortunately it is not possible by default.
Scheduler has API which can be used to filter events, so it possible to have external controls to select which type of events you want to see ( and coloring will be applied accordingly ) - but in case of plugin there is no built in settings|GUI to use it

That is a shame since this is such a good looking scheduler, you are onto a winner here and I would invest more should this be added as part of the GUI. There are way too many constraints to allow me to use a filter such as this especially since the scheduler will be passed on to a manager without the skill set or time to do this.

Slaps forehead!

I have been trying to make this more complicated than necessary and now have this working. I have created one custom field in which I have my various events which can then be selected from the drop down menu. Duh!

Is there a way to split the days in the year view or is this just one fixed color? Would be nice if I could see there were multiple events per day.

This is a great scheduler.

In year view, day can have only one color mark.
