Horizontal Scrollbars are obstructed or missing from the view when a empty div is added above the dhtmlxGrid and the browser is minimized. I have tested Chrome 33, IE 10, Safari 6.1 and Firefox 28. Any ideas? See the screenshots in the attached Word document.
