Hover text not showing on 'ro' cell containing a link

Suite 7.0/6.0/5.0 and Optimus Suite 5.0

Does anyone know how I can get the hover text to work for a given link in a ‘ro’ cell? Adding the title attribute to the link doesn’t help (in the CDATA below). When I mouse over I just get an empty box showing. Thanks.
