How can I activate my DHTMLX Enterprise license and link it to my email?

Hello DHTMLX Support Team,

I recently received a DHTMLX Complete Pack – Enterprise License purchased for me by Matthew Grogan.

I received an email containing a Product Activation Key, but I haven’t been able to find where to enter this key to activate my license and associate it with my email address.

When I try to access the Client Area, I receive the following error:

“Sorry, User with such email and license is not found.”

Could you please help me with the following questions?

  1. Where should I enter my Product Activation Key?

  2. How can I link the Enterprise license to my email address?

  3. How can I access and download the licensed DHTMLX Complete Pack components?
