I have read about “units” add-on, and about “treetimeline” add-on, but how i can combine it, or, maybe, there is an example of the same?

Unfortunately, there is no built-in way to create a view with both the x/y axis as units(not a time) in the Scheduler component.
It can be implemented through customization by our outsource team, but it will cost an additional fee.
Or, as a better way you can check the Spreadsheet component, as it looks more like the provided screenshot:
