How can I populate select lightbox section dynamically?

Hi

I have a few drop down boxes in my lightbox and at the moment I populate them via render_sql.
Is it possible to populate one of the drop down boxes based on the selection of a different one, while the lightbox is open, without changing the current lightbox with a custom one ?
I have attached a screenshot for a better understanding.
