How do I hide the Add, Cancel and Save buttons of the lightb

As the title above, I would like to hide those specific buttons in the lightbox that pops out when an event is double-clicked, but I can’t seem to find it as of yet. As much as possible, I would really like to get a working code to hide these buttons.I am currently using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and MVC5 ASP.NET. All help is very appreciated.
