How include scheduler in php webpage?

Hello!
How include scheduler in php webpage?
Code of my scheduler in calendar…php
If i go to the localhost/calendar.php i get the scheduler.
But when i try:
include ‘calendar.php’

in index.php i don’t see scheduler…((
