How to access Scheduler Config for all marked Time Spans

Hi,

I want to know how i can access scheduler config for all my marked time spans after calendar is already loaded on page.
Also how i can change its settings for my marked time spans dynamically .

Unfortunately such feature is not supported by the official api.
